Ah..its July and i'm still having my spiritual fire inside of me..tis cool.I'm drawing alot more as compared to what i've done before and alot of it is doing mixed media art and alot of them angels and religious themes.I guess i'll always love my comic book influences, one of them being Jim Lee in how he totally experiments with his style and medium and i've learnt so much just from watching his videos on Youtube. I guess thats what i want to do in my art...go up a few levels in art and medium. As for the pics,i'm also kind of taken to having artwork connect to each other to form a bigger picture( think Jim Lee's X-men covers..5 covers or isit 4 which could be placed side by side to form one big one).Overall,i just love drawing angels or drawing in general again.
Sadness in how after looking at a friend's Friendster profile and seeing how much of that person's fire seems so dim. This person can paint and its uber awesome but having found out that its been left behind just makes me feel sad. What a gift to give up.
Anyway,i'm thinking of doing fine arts and if anyone has a few good tutorial books/videos to recommend on using oils or gouache,i'll be mighty gateful.I can't take classes to due my dwindling finances so i have to self learn it.

Hasten in the bridal bed -
Underneath the grave 'tis spread:
In darkness may our love be hid.
Oblivion be our coverlid -
We may rest, and none forbid.
